Umumiy koʻrinish
Paketlangan havoni boshqarish moslamasi (AHU) isitish, ventilyatsiya va konditsionerlik (HVAC) funktsiyalarini bitta blokda ta'minlash uchun mo'ljallangan mustaqil HVAC tizimidir. Ushbu birliklar odatda joy cheklangan yoki markazlashtirilgan HVAC tizimi amaliy bo'lmagan tijorat va sanoat binolarida qo'llaniladi.

Ps:1.Yuqoridagi tuzatish omillari turli birliklarning o'rtacha qiymatlari asosida aniqlanadi. Kichik birliklar uchun (05~15), 0,95 ga ko'paytiring; katta birliklar uchun (50-200), 1,08 ga ko'paytiring.

Har xil shamol tezligi, kirish havosi harorati va suv harorati sharoitida tuzatish:
Haqiqiy sovutish quvvati= 1-jadvaldagi sovutish quvvati × K1 × K3
Haqiqiy suv oqimi= 1-jadvaldagi suv oqimi × K1 × K3
Haqiqiy suvga chidamlilik= 1-jadvaldagi suvga chidamlilik × K2 × K4
Misol:YG-20 konditsionerini tanlashda sovutish lasanining shamol tezligi 2,5 m/s. 1-jadvalga ko'ra, sovutish quvvati 150,8 kVt, suv oqimi 26,21 m³ / soat, suvga chidamliligi 14,07 kPa. Kirish havosi quruq lampochkaning harorati 27 daraja, ho'l lampochkaning harorati 21 daraja, kirish suvining harorati 7 daraja va chiqish suvining harorati 12 daraja bo'lsa, haqiqiy sovutish quvvati, suv oqimi va suv qarshiligini aniqlang.
Yechim:K1-jadvaldan tuzatish koeffitsienti K1=1.14. K2-jadvaldan tuzatish koeffitsienti K2=1.27.
Shuning uchun:
Haqiqiy sovutish quvvati (Q)= Standart holatdagi sovutish quvvati × K1=150,8 × 1,14=171,91 kVt
Haqiqiy suv oqimi (V)= Standart holatdagi suv oqimi × K1=26,21 × 1.14=29,88 m³/soat
Haqiqiy suvga chidamlilik (P)= Standart holatdagi suvga chidamlilik × K2=14.07 × 1.27=17.87 kPa

Paketlangan AHU ning asosiy xususiyatlari
- Yilni dizayn:Qadoqlangan AHUlar ixcham va joyni tejashga mo'ljallangan bo'lib, ular cheklangan joylarga, masalan, tomlar yoki mexanik xonalarga o'rnatish uchun mos keladi.
- Hammasi birda yechim:Bu qurilmalar barcha HVAC komponentlarini, jumladan, isitish va sovutish batareyalari, fanatlar, filtrlar va boshqaruv elementlarini bitta paketga birlashtirib, o‘rnatish va texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishni soddalashtiradi.
- Energiya samaradorligi:Ko'pgina qadoqlangan AHUlar energiya sarfini minimallashtirish va operatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirish uchun o'zgaruvchan tezlikda ishlaydigan haydovchilar va issiqlikni qayta tiklash tizimlari kabi energiya tejovchi komponentlar va funktsiyalar bilan jihozlangan.
- Moslashuvchan konfiguratsiya:Paketlangan AHU konfiguratsiya variantlarida moslashuvchanlikni taklif qiladi, bu esa muayyan loyiha talablari va makon cheklovlari asosida sozlash imkonini beradi.
- Oson o'rnatish:Bu agregatlar oldindan ishlab chiqilgan va zavodda yig‘ilgan bo‘lib, ularni o‘rnatish va ishga tushirishni osonlashtiradi, qurilish vaqtida vaqt va mehnat sarfini tejaydi.
- Ishonchli ishlash:Paketlangan AHUlar uzluksiz ishlashni ta'minlash uchun o'rnatilgan ortiqcha va zaxira tizimlari bilan ishonchli va izchil ishlash uchun mo'ljallangan.
Paketlangan AHUlarning ilovalari
Tijorat binolari: Paketlangan AHUlar odatda ofislarda, chakana savdo do'konlarida, restoranlarda va boshqa tijorat joylarida isitish, sovutish va ventilyatsiyani ta'minlash uchun ishlatiladi.
Sanoat ob'ektlari: Ushbu birliklar, shuningdek, qulay ish sharoitlarini saqlash va uskunalarni himoya qilish uchun fabrikalar, omborlar va ishlab chiqarish korxonalari kabi sanoat sharoitida ham qo'llaniladi.
Ta'lim muassasalari: maktablar, kollejlar va universitetlarda talabalar va xodimlar uchun xona ichidagi harorat va havo sifatini tartibga solish uchun qadoqlangan AHUlar o'rnatiladi.
Sog'liqni saqlash muassasalari: Kasalxonalar, klinikalar va tibbiy idoralar bemorlarni parvarish qilish uchun toza va steril muhitni ta'minlash uchun qadoqlangan AHU'lardan foydalanadilar.
Mehmondo'stlik sanoati: Mehmonxonalar, kurortlar va boshqa mehmondo'stlik muassasalari mehmonlarning qulayligi va qoniqishini ta'minlash uchun qadoqlangan AHUlarga tayanadi.
